Prom Information Announced at Senior Meeting

The 2019 prom announcement was made to the senior class last Monday in Chambers Auditorium.

Finally the moment senior class students have been waiting for, this year’s prom reveal.

“Prom is so important to seniors because it’s the big night where girls and boys look forward to their best impression and have a good time before graduation,” senior Diana Hernandez said.

This year’s prom will be taking place in a new and spectacular place. It will also be the first prom to be hosted in this place.

“This year’s prom will be taking place May 10 at the new Texas Live in Arlington, Texas and will be a great experience to explore this new place” Hernandez said.

The excitement for prom has already started and questions have not stopped. From questions of prom tickets to dates and prices.

“Prom tickets are being sold in room 617 for different prices based on certain dates” said senior Giselle Cruz.

From now through December 21, they will be on sale for $80.

From January 7- March 1, they will be on sale for $100

From March 4 - May 1, they will be on sale for $120

Payment plans in $20 increments are also available.

“Prom is such a sad night because seniors realize it’s one of the last if not the last activity they share together as a senior class before there done with high school,” senior Yakelin Marentes said.

Many students will forever remember this night as a night they won’t forget.

“Prom makes an impact on seniors because it’s a once in a lifetime experience that takes place in your life,” Marentes said.
