“Spiderman into the Spiderverse” is a one of a kind animated movie. Many fans like myself were shocked at the fact that they were getting a new Spider-Man movie only a couple months after Avengers: Infinity War. Personally, this seems to have been the best movie of 2018. Thousands, or maybe even millions of others, would agree.

I think one reason why I love this movie so much is for the art style. They created this art style just for this film, and it took longer than expected to make it. They free-handed and animated the film on computer software and then blended them both together. This process took a whole week to render every second, and the film is an hour and fifty six minutes. It is easy to imagine how long the movie took to make.

“I would see it again definitely, it was so cool and you really get your money's worth since the movie is so long. Not to mention you really learn to love the characters that they managed to bring the book to the live action adaptation while keeping that comic feel,” senior Jessica Cruz said.

The movie was a great success, holding a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes for the longest time. It is one of the only movies that has achieved this great honor, especially since Rotten Tomatoes doesn’t tend to rate superhero movies highly. The weekend the movie was released, it earned $35 million and was the number one movie in America for a while. All around, it is just a great movie that anyone can enjoy, kids or adults.

Finally Jose Gonzales, a senior at Grand Prairie High School had this to say, " It was just a great movie, its a movie for everyone to be honest." .
