This last year of high school has gone by so fast. I cannot believe that it is finally coming to an end. I am both excited and scared for this next chapter in my life. I am mostly excited because I finally get to study something that I actually want to know about but also a little scared because I’m stepping into the start of adulthood.

Although I have never been a fan of school, I can say that I have had a great experience from elementary to high school. I’ve met a lot of great people who I still have contact with even after moving schools. I honestly can admit that at some point in life I will look back and realize that I miss high school even though at this point of my life I cannot wait to be done and graduate!

I am really looking forward to prom and graduation. I remember when I was a little girl I was in love with all the High School Musical movies and was excited that I was going to experience all of that. Sadly, high school wasn’t a lot like my little girl self thought it would be like in the movies with all the dancing and singing, but regardless the prom and graduation scenes always got me excited for when my time came around. Prom and graduation are both going to be memorable days spent with people that mean a lot to mean.

There were many times when I really wanted to give up on school but overall I can say that this senior year has been my best school year.
